I ordered a different pair but the sole cracked. I called customer service and after 6 months they sent me a new pair without any hassle. I’ve had my last pair for 2 years. I wear them in salt, sand, mud and snow. The leather finally dried out and cracked because I never cleaned or conditioned them. These boots are awesome. They are so comfortable I wear them for everything I do. For the price, these are my new brand choice.
