I am Jose Luis, the founder of CEBU. Today we specialize in developing work shoes with the latest technology to provide maximum comfort to our customers. But let me take you back to the beginning.

I was born into a family dedicated to shoemaking. My dad began a Vaquero fashion boots business since before I was born, so most of my life has evolved around leather tanning and shoe manufacturing. Unfortunately, after fighting cancer, he passed away in 1985 †. I endured some difficult times and ended up losing the company my father had built.

In 1994, after working as a proud Latino immigrant in Los Angeles for a couple years, I decided it was time to follow my dreams. I launched a distribution company of Western boots under a variety of brands.

Together with Alex, my brother, we successfully specialize the company in the manufacturing and sale of work boots under the brand Cebu. Later, Toro Bravo, Rodmor, Fortal, Pradera, and Labrador brands were added to meet the needs of different work fields.

Thanks to you, CEBU has become one of the leading brands in Texas.

Botas Cebu headquarter is located in Katy, TX. From this warehouse we distribute to our retail partners in the north and south east of the United States.
